A few words about our company
The Demex company is a fast-growing family business that has been producing metal components as well as providing vehicle servicing and technical inspections since 1990.
The Vehicle Service Station in Augustów specialises in mechanical repairs of cars and delivery vehicles of all makes. In addition, we carry out minor body and paint repairs, service air-conditioning systems, sell spare parts and provide roadside assistance.
The Regional Vehicle Inspection Station performs technical inspections of all passenger and goods vehicles, motorbikes, tractors and trailers.
The Production Plant manufactures metal components, particularly stainless steel and aluminium fittings for boats and yachts.
We manufacture parts such as: rails, ladders, cleats, hinges, rowlocks, handles, radar masts, bow and stern decks, columns, fender ends, anchor roller, bimini racks, mooring rings, etc.
We also manufacture tanks for fuel (diesel and petrol), water, dirty water and sewage. We also manufacture balustrades, handrails, railings, stairs and other metal furnishings.
In 2021, the company launched upgraded versions of products made on a new, innovative production line using advanced CNC and robot welding techniques.
We use CNC numerical machines for sheet metal cutting and pipe bending, as well as conventional machines. We employ experienced management and engineering staff. This, together with appropriate technological processes, guarantees repeatable and high-quality production.
The Demex supplies its products to customers throughout Europe. We have the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in place. Our tanks are certified by DNV GL and PRS S.A.
The Demex is a member of the Metal Processing Cluster, which has the status of a Key National Cluster. The Demex is not a large company, so it is flexible and open to any unusual and demanding challenges. We are happy when we deliver to our customers high quality products and services on time.
